Not What It Promises

I have used many products in the Cover Girl mascara line so I thought I'd give this one a try. I always go with waterproof to prevent smudging etc. The second day I wore this product, I had a bad day at work & cried. Went to the bathroom and there was mascara all over my face!! I didn't rub or anything! So much for keeping promises. What a waste of money!
