I'm posting on here in the hopes Clairol responds. I love the root touch up. I have naturally light blonde hair and color it either copper or brunette. Because it's so light, it acts like Grey in that whatever I color it, the roots are always lighter than the rest of my head. I use the root touch up as a 2nd application after I color to color my roots properly. Yes, its a hassle but it's $10-12 vs $60-200 in salon.

NOW, the PROBLEM. Since I've been copper a few years now, I go from dark like Julianne Moore to light Strawberry right now and there is VERY LIMITED options. Only 3, and they are auburn. Auburn is different than copper. I don't like purple colors or red colors, I use Orange/copper colors. They look natural. I need root colors in these. Why are there 12 brown and only 3 red? NOt cool. Besides that, I can't seem to find the light auburn in any store! usually just the dark, sometimes the medium. Target, CVS, Rite Aid, Albertsons, no one has it! HELP! You need more options and your stores need to carry it!

Clairol Root Touch Up works really well. I'm glad I don't have to waste money on a hair color kit when this does the job and costs less. Blends in perfectly with the hair color I had dyed it with which was not a Clairol product. I purchased one of the red shades.
