Takes stains out but puts small holes in clothes

THis product works great for getting stains out, but ever since I started using it I have gotten small holes in all of my t-shirts where I spray it on before washing. I had two brand new shirts and I got spagetti sauce on them so I sprayed them and washed immediately and they came out with 5-6 small holes in the shirt where I sprayed the stain remover. It did take out the spagetti sauce stain, but it left holes.
